Petite Section Please!!!

Have you ever noticed how there is a section for every body and every size but when it comes to petite girls everyone seems to think we fit in with the small and extra small section? I would just like to point out that just because you hear the word "petite" that doesn't mean super skinny. No, that means short. Petite simply means short.

One day I am going to design petite clothes for all you petite girls but until then I can only give you helpful tips.

#1- Don't be closeminded

When I said don't be closeminded, I mean when you try something on and it is too long in the legs or the arms or whatever it is to long on, don't panic. If it fits you in the right places but it is too long, don't worry you can hem it or someone else can.

#2- Learn how to hem

I learned how to hem when I was younger because I am determined to make any outfit work on me. Plus its just so much cheaper than paying someone to do it.

#3- Find a good alterations place

If you don't like hemming your clothes, I totally get it, its not the most fun but I would find a good alterations place if you don't like hemming your own clothes.
